does any1 know where the CRAFTER not trader 4 this crafting material is?

He can be found in mineral springs (i m pretty sure).
Make sure u have plant fibers.

There is one north of Droknar's Forge in Talus Chute. Easy to run to or fight to if you have to.

If I remember correct its in the south west exit of arid sea into vulture drift, but I'm not too sure if that crafter is able to craft damask.
